SMA Semesta once again successfully guided its students to pass the selection stage of the Indonesia Maju Scholarship (BIM) 2023 Preparing for Overseas Undergraduate Studies Program. Out of the seven students initially qualifying in the document selection stage, four students from SMA Semesta were ultimately declared successful in the final stage and officially designated as scholarship recipients. The four students who passed are accomplished individuals who have been nurtured and prepared since the 10th grade. These students are Rassya Rayandra, Abdul Rozak, Chandra Andriani Malik, and Radistha Krista Dahana Purusa.

The success of SMA Semesta students in obtaining this scholarship is undoubtedly supported by the school’s role in nurturing and preparing students from an early stage. SMA Semesta is committed to continually supporting and facilitating all students to excel in their respective fields of interest. The school even has special clubs that mentor students for Olympiads and another club specifically for students interested in research or Science Projects. In addition, all extracurricular clubs organized by the school always encourage and assist students in preparing for competitions in their respective fields of interest.

Besides helping students prepare and accumulate various achievements, SMA Semesta also provides career-related facilitation through the College Counselor and Career Planning department. Through this department, students receive specialized guidance on choosing majors, universities, and preparation for college admissions, whether through academic achievements, accomplishments, or written tests. This includes preparation and guidance for obtaining various scholarships, both from the government and private sectors. The guidance takes various forms, such as classroom guidance, individual consultations (One on One), seminars, UTBK Camps, Tryouts, special preparation classes, and organizing education fairs at the school with representatives from various domestic and international universities.

Apart from the maximal support provided by the school, the success of SMA students in achieving various accomplishments is undoubtedly due to their hard work, enthusiasm, and consistency in learning and competing. The role and support from parents and a conducive environment are equally crucial.
