The remarkable achievement by one of Semesta’s teachers serves as evidence that not only students are encouraged to continue learning and excel but also the teachers and educational staff at Semesta. Mrs. Irvani’s achievement also proves that the competence of Semesta’s teachers is beyond doubt. In order to promote and maintain the quality of teachers at Semesta, it is not only the students who undergo semester exams; every teacher also takes exams in their respective fields every semester. The results of these exams serve as evaluations for each teacher to keep up their enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest knowledge in their respective fields.

Additionally, teachers at Semesta are guided and supported to continuously upgrade themselves in various aspects through various mentoring and self-development programs provided by the school. These include routine appraisal programs every semester, both internally and from the center (Eduversal), Development of Teaching Proficiency (DTP) held every Saturday, Teacher Motivation Day (TMD) once a month, Teacher Group Discussion, and Weekly Sharing sessions for teachers.

Through these school-facilitated mentoring and self-development programs for teachers, it is hoped that teachers at Semesta can continue to develop their potential and remain enthusiastic about learning and updating their knowledge in line with the developments of the times.
