The UNW Rector Cup stands as an eagerly anticipated annual basketball tournament hosted by Ngudi Waluyo University Semarang to celebrate the University’s Anniversary. Teams from high schools and vocational schools across Semarang and Salatiga enthusiastically participate in this prestigious event, making it one of the most awaited basketball tournaments each year.
Throughout the tournament, the Semesta High School Basketball Team has delivered an outstanding performance. Every member has demonstrated unwavering determination in both offense and defense, making significant contributions to scoring, assisting, and defending.”
In the Semi-Final Round, the Semesta Team faced off against the Semarang City Sedes Team in a thrilling match that went down to the wire, with the Semesta Team trailing by only 5 points at the end. Nevertheless, in the battle for 3rd place, the Semesta Team triumphed over the Sedes Sedeng Team with an impressive 43-29 victory.
