Two students from SMA Semesta BBS, Aurella Queena Moza Bandoro and Zahra Alia Kaniswari, successfully competed in the Technology and Environment category at the Indonesian Research and Innovation Competition (KREASI) 2024. KREASI 2024 is a national event aimed at fostering a culture of research and innovation among junior and senior high school students in Indonesia. Organized by ABAK Academy, the competition provides a platform for young researchers to innovate for the progress of the nation. After passing the preliminary rounds held online, Aurella and Zahra traveled to Jakarta from November 6–8 to participate in the Final Round at the Royal Palm Hotel. Following their hard work and dedication, they proudly brought home silver medal in the field of Mathematics, Science, Technology, and Environment research.
Their success in this competition reflects not only their passion for research but also their outstanding dedication and perseverance. Amid intense competition, Aurella and Zahra demonstrated their ability to remain calm under pressure, overcome challenges, and showcase remarkable mental resilience in a highly competitive atmosphere. This achievement is undoubtedly the result of the unwavering support of their families, as well as the guidance and motivation of their teachers at SMP-SMA Semesta BBS, one of the most esteemed schools in Semarang.
