  1. Registration can be done every day via the edunav application: Semesta.edunav.ac.id
    (attached at the bottom of the page)
  2. Before registering, prospective students are requested to transfer the registration fee of Rp. 1,250,000 to

    Confirmation of proof of payment can be via EMAIL, SMS, WA, TEL to the Public Relations/Treasurer number of SEMESTA 082150060035/ 08988356600.
  3. The required files that must be uploaded in the registration form are:
     – Photocopy (or scan) of Student's Birth Certificate
     – Photocopy (or scan) of Parents' Family Card
     –Photo/scan of proof of registration payment
  4. The test will be carried out at the earliest 1 day after the student completes the registration form.

A. OFFLINE

      • Saturday 08.30-10.00

B. ONLINE

    1. test implementation time on weekdays
      • Monday-Friday 07.00-16.00
      • Saturday 08.00-12.00

TEST RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

The announcement of the results of the BBS Semesta Middle School-High School entrance test will be sent via Email / WA to the Parents of Prospective Students a maximum of 7 days after the parent interview test is completed.

RE-REGISTRATION

Prospective students who have passed the SMP-SMA Semesta BBS entrance test selection are required to complete the re-registration files via email to: admission@semesta.sch.id.
or send a direct letter to:

The following registration files must be completed:
1. Letter of Approval of detailed cost schedule for 3 (three) years
2. 3×4 colored passport photos (4 sheets)
3. Photocopy (or scan) of report card
    a. class 4-6 (for junior high school registration) or
    b. grade 7-9 (for high school registration)
4. Photocopy (or scan) of Student's Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy (or scan) of parents' family card
6. Photocopy (or scan) of Certificate of Good Conduct from the school of origin
7. Letter of Approval, including:
    a. Rules of procedure agreement
    b. Health history
    c. Media release form
    d. Immunization consent
    e. Use of chromebook
