Instrumen akreditasi untuk SPK berbeda dengan yang digunakan untuk akreditasi sekolah nasional, begitu pula dengan standar nilai untuk mendapatkan predikat tertentu. Sebagai contoh untuk mendapatkan predikat A di akreditasi sekolah nasional, sekolah harus mencapai nilai minimum 90. Namun untuk SPK, standar minimum untuk mendapatkan predikat A adalah 96.
