REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Fill in the registration form
2. Submit copy of elementary report card (Grades 1- 5) and junior high report card (Grades 7-8).
3. passport photos (colour/ black and white – 3×4cm)
4. Copy of Birth Certificate, Family Register Card, and both parents’ ID cards.
5. Certificate of achievement in academic, sports, and arts field (if any)
6. Legalized copy of diploma (can be submitted later)
7. Letter of Subjects and Credit Equivalency as recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture for citizens/ foreigners who studied abroad (go to this link to apply for the Equivalency Letter: http://e-layanan.dikdasmen.kemdikbud.go.id/elayanan/ )
